By requesting a quote or placing an order with PatchCraft Co, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't submit an order.
Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and may change once we review your actual artwork. Nothing goes into production until you've approved a free digital proof in writing (by email).
You're responsible for checking the proof carefully — size, colors, layout, backing and text — before approving it. Once production starts, changes may not be possible without an added cost and delay.
A 50% deposit is due to secure your production slot once you approve your quote and proof. The remaining balance is due before your order ships. Prices quoted are in USD.
Turnaround times shown on this site are estimates that begin from proof approval, not from your initial inquiry. Actual production time can vary with order size, complexity, and current volume — we'll flag any change as soon as we know.
We ship to the United States and Canada via tracked courier. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control, though we're glad to help track down a delayed shipment.
Before production starts: you can cancel for a full refund, minus any digitizing or proofing cost already incurred.
After production starts: orders are custom-made to your approved proof and can't be resold, so they're non-refundable at that point.
By submitting a design, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it reproduced as a patch or pin. We don't claim ownership of your design and won't reuse it for another customer. We may photograph finished orders for our own site and marketing (like the Gallery page) — let us know if you'd prefer we don't.
We aim to match your approved proof exactly, but as with any manufactured product, minor variations in color or stitch/enamel detail can occur. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these terms as the business grows. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
