PatchCraft Co ("we," "us") makes custom patches and pins. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how you can control it.
When you submit our quote form, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, business or brand name, location, and details about your order (patch or pin type, quantity, size, backing, and any design notes).
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance — we don't use this for tracking or advertising.
We use the information you submit to respond to your quote request, produce a digital proof, process your order, and communicate with you about it. We don't use your information for anything beyond fulfilling and supporting your order.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Our form and hosting provider (Netlify) may use minimal functional cookies required to process form submissions.
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We share it only with the service providers that keep this business running — such as our website host and email provider — solely to deliver your order.
We keep quote and order information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill your order, handle any follow-up (reorders, warranty questions), and meet basic bookkeeping needs.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing frosharingdata@gmail.com. We'll respond personally, usually within a few business days.
This site and our services are intended for businesses and individuals placing custom orders, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here directly.
